A little about me!

I’m a multi-faceted Visual/UI/UX designer based in Dubai.

 

I've moved around the world working as a designer, across industries such as e-commerce & logistics, education, luxury services, B2B SaaS, AI/ML, FMCG, government, automotive and fintech, building visual strategies from the ground up. Fun fact: I've also worked with someone whom I later found out to be a spy for the Japanese whaling ships!.

 

Having started my career as a graphic designer, it was natural for me to get into interaction design and pick up UI/UX principles and methodologies along the way. I've recently taken a keen interest in how people with visual challenges view and interact with design across touchpoints and how Generative AI can aid design processes, especially for creating robust design systems.

 

Having over 10 years of experience across the spectrum of visual design, I have evolved into a designer that assesses the needs of the end consumer/user before blindly creating anything! I believe in delivering sustainable, scalable, human-centric designs solutions that work for all stakeholders.

 

I love working with people who value the impact that good design can have on products, services and their overall brand, where design is not just viewed as a support role, but one which creates real impact.

 

When I’m not working I love to travel, paint and spend time with my

four-legged boys!
